*breaths huge sigh of relief*
well it's over.
and it went very satisfactorily.
i'm booked to do a bunch of others.
learned a LOT though...
shooting manual is a whole new beast...
i usually shoot semi-manual,
but fall back on automatic often.
alright you Canon Creeps.
*glares*
obviously you can't really compare...
because my Nikon is way below the performance of the Canon i was shooting
it was nice just to have that kind of range
not to mention shooting in raw is like finding gold in hay
*goes back to pretending to accomplish things*

Congratulations -- shooting in manual is actually less scary to me than knowing your exposure can be thrown off so easily by the color of a subject's suit, skin, tie, whatever...
So it was the 5d, then?
(Oh, and monica's nikon-agression was totally unsanctioned. I never criticize Nikon users... ignorance is bliss!! :-)
Hey, that was totally *not* Nikon-agression. Gee! It was more like... Nikon-slamming. ;-)
But, congrats from me too. More gigs is more money, and more money equals.... bliss. Well, not exactly, but it can help out, certainly. ;-)
