so.
today scares me.
i shoot my first portrait shoot
as assistant photographer
under Sommer Photography.
i'm still trying to figure out how she thought me qualified.
this will also be my first shoot to use Canon.
and...
okay, well there isn't an "and"...
just a throwback to the,
"scares" part of this monologue.
*big breaths*

Good luck! Sounds awesome! Hey, compare the picture quality of your pictures from the Canon to your current camera... maybe you'll become a convert. *wink* I hear tell (from online reviews that Marty looks at every day) that though Nikons feel amazingly better, Canons are cheaper, the lenses are cheaper, so you can buy a camera that gives you much better picture quality than a more expensive Nikon. And he's not just saying it because he likes Canons--he has to use a Nikon at work, and the difference is unmistakable, once you use them side by side. Aaaand... guess what that means? Less photoshop hours. Whoohoo!
And... of course... it always comes down to personal preference. I'll be quiet, now... I'm just indulging my PC vs. Mac argumentativeness, now that that argument doesn't exist anymore.
london and i watched totoro yesterday too! it was a wonderful sunday afternoon thing to do.
I pray that it goes will.
Oh, and Abi,
once you go Canon.
